All Northeast District Team

The following is the information you will want to bring to the meeting to nominate a player:

  • Players name, Grade and School

  • 9 Hole Average

  • 18 Hole Average

  • Sectional, District &  State Scores (if applicable)

  • Other tournament & season highlights and Special Awards such as All League honors, Tournament medalist, etc

Academic All Ohio

If you bring this completed form to the District meeting, along with the letter verifying GPA, you may take your certificate home with you that evening, provided you are a member of the State Coaches Association
